Brownie Bites
Small, fudgy brownies with shiny tops.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 ounces dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Tools
- Mini muffin pan
- Mixing bowls
- Rubber spatula
- Small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl
Directions
Melt the chocolate
Melt the butter and chocolate together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
Mix the batter
Whisk in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until no dry streaks remain.
Bake
Portion into a greased mini muffin pan and bake at 350°F for 12 to 14 minutes, until the tops are set.
Notes
- Let them cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing.
- Optional image frontmatter can be added later, but no image is required.
